Eton Centris shines bright this Yuletide season

As published in Manila Bulletin on December 13, 2016 Quezon City's premier business district and lifestyle destination is brimming with fun­-filled holiday activities for everyone this season.   Last Nov. 24, a 45-­feet tall Christmas tree at Centris Walk was lighted against a backdrop of iconic modern canopies called Constellations. Top artists Richard Poon, Pinopela and Baihana entertained guests with their performances. Until Jan. 6, a Christmas bazaar will brighten the grounds of Centris Walk where various choices await shoppers who want to stay away from the crowds of big malls. There is also the popular SIDCOR bazaar, Quezon City's longest running weekend market. This is held every Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.   A much­awaited Yuletide tradition, the "Simbang Gabi sa Centris" nine­-day novena masses, will be held beginning Dec. 15 to Dec. 23. Internationally­-acclaimed chorale groups ­ the Herald's Choir, Imusicapella, UST Singers, Koro Illustrado ­ will serenade the crowd with Yuletide favorites on Dec. 2, 9, 16 and 23 at 7 p.m. Young and old alike will be delighted to see Santa Claus who will be coming in his magic sleigh at Centris Walk on Dec. 3,9,10,16,17 and 23 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Dec. 29, the yearend celebration at Centris Walk will usher in the New Year with performances from South Border, Eumee Capile and Streetbeat. There will also be a grand fireworks display. Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with food and drinks at Centris Walk's lineup of dining options. It is home to Asya, Pho Hoa, My Thai, The Pancake House, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Yang Chow, Jack's Loft, Tokyo Tokyo, Shakey's, Soya Bar, Echo Store, Tong Yang, and more.   Eton Centris is situated at the gateway of Quezon City's emerging Triangle Park Central Business District.
