DURATION
- Promo runs from November 3, 2021 to January 25, 2022.
- The grand draw is on February 1, 2022, at 5 PM in Centris Walk Activity Area.
- The minor draw is on January 5, 2022, at 5 PM in Centris Walk Activity Area.
- The deadline for submission of entries for the Minor Draw is on December 28, 2021.
- The deadline for submission of entries for the Grand Raffle Draw is on January 25, 2022.
- Promo is open to all customers of restaurants and shops from Eton Centris, Eton Tower Makati, and Eton WestEnd Square.
- Food and Non-food kiosks, stalls, and convenience stores are NOT included in this promo.
QUALIFICATION
- This promo is only open for ages 18 years old and above.
- Minors are disqualified to join the promo.
- Employees of Eton Properties Philippines Inc., Tanduay, Eton Properties Management Corp., restaurant owners, and their employees, third party agencies, service providers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in any manner in this sales promotion campaign.
- Raffle draw participants, hereinafter referred to as “customers”, must have their Retail Passport during their store visit in the participating establishments.
- To claim a retail passport:
- 1. Customers may download and print their retail passports from Eton Centris' official social media accounts' post about Explore the World at Eton Centris Retail Promo. They can also scan the QR Codes in the posters and banners installed around the Eton Centris complex, Eton Tower Makati, and Eton WestEnd Square.
- 2. Customers may also acquire printed retail passports from participating establishments during their visit to Eton Centris, Eton Tower Makati, and Eton WestEnd Square.
- If in case the customer forgets their Retail Passport on their next visit, the customer must keep their official receipts from their dine-in or take-out purchase for verification and signature of the store manager or representative.
- Non-winning entries from the Minor Draw will be included in the Grand Raffle draw.
- Winning entries from the Minor Draw will not be included in the Grand Raffle draw.
HOW TO JOIN
- Customers must present their retail passports at participating establishments when they make a valid transaction to get a signature.
- Customers are entitled to ONE signature from each store for a minimum Php300 single-receipt purchase from qualified establishments.
- Get one (1) extra signature from Beer Factory when you buy two (2) bottles of "Ginto" on top of your Php 300 minimum single-receipt purchase.
- For delivery purchases from participating establishments, customers must keep all their valid receipts given for their retail passport verification by the authorized representative on their next visit.
- Receipts will be collected by the store manager or representative, which will be submitted to Eton Properties Philippines Inc.'s Marketing Department for record and verification.
- Customers must complete ten (10) verified signatures from featured restaurants, groceries, and other establishments including “Ginto” purchase at the Beer Factory in the passport.
- One (1) Retail Passport with ten (10) verified signatures qualify as one (1) entry to the promo.
SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
- Customers must drop their completely signed (10 verified signature) Retail Passport at the drop boxes located at the Eton Centris Walk in EDSA cor. Quezon Avenue, Quezon City;
- Customer must write their complete name, address, email address, contact number, and signature at the back of their Retail Passport.
- After completing the required ten (10) signatures from authorized representative of participating establishments at Eton Centris, Eton Tower Makati, and Eton WestEnd Square Makati, the customer will get one 600ml Ginto Barrel Aged Gin that they can claim at the Eton Centris Property Management Office in Quezon City. Redemption period is good until 60 days from end of promo period.
- Customers may submit as many entries as they want.
- Minor Draws will be held on January 5, 2022, at Eton Centris Activity Area, with Eton Properties Philippines Inc. executives, Tanduay executives, and DTI representative/s present. The Minor Draw event will be posted on Eton Centris' official Facebook page.
- The grand draw will be held at Eton Centris Activity Area, with Eton Properties Philippines Inc. executives, Tanduay executives, and DTI representative/s present. It will be posted on Eton Centris' official Facebook page.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
- Twenty (20) winners of Samsung Galaxy A21 will be drawn on January 5, 2022;
- One (1) Grand prize winner of MG ZS 1.5M Automatic style 2021 model petrol SUV will be drawn on February 1, 2022;
- Two (2) first prize winners of Apple Macbook Pro 13” will be drawn on February 1, 2022;
- Four (4) second prize winners of Apple iPad 8 wifi will be drawn on February 1, 2022.
- A participants can only win once per draw date. Prizes with a higher value will be given to the winner in case their names will be picked more than once in a draw date.
- Prizes’ color may vary depending on the availability.
- 20% Tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 will be shouldered by the winner.
- No prizes are transferrable or convertible to cash.
- Prizes with a higher value will be given to the winner in case their names will be picked more than once.
- The MG ZS 1.5M Automatic style 2021 model petrol SUV LTO Registration and Third Party Liability (TPL) for three (3) years are shouldered by EPPI.
- The LTO Registration will be processed once the grand prize winner is drawn.
- Insurance and other related fees for the grand prize will be shouldered by the winner
- Winners will be notified through registered mail, e-mail, and a phone call from an Eton Properties Philippines Inc. representative. A congratulatory post will be posted on the Eton Centris Facebook page and Instagram account.
- Winners can claim their prize within 60 days after receipt of registered mail from Eton Properties Philippines Inc.'s Marketing Department. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and disposed of according to the discretion of Eton Properties Philippines Inc.'s Management with the concurrence of DTI.
- Winners must present two (2) valid government-issued IDs and proof of notification when claiming the prize.
- Winners must claim their prize personally on a scheduled date advised by an official Eton Properties Philippines Inc. Marketing representative.
- A notarized letter of authorization with valid government-issued IDs from both winner and representative must be presented if in case the winner is not capable of claiming their own prize.
- Prizes with a higher value will be given to the winner in case their names will be picked more than once.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Eton Properties with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
