Eton Properties breaks ground for new commercial strip

&nsbsp; Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) will soon launch a community lifestyle destination along Ortigas Ave. in Greenhills, San Juan City. Named as Arcada, this new retail strip will provide a respite from the usual jam-packed malls and provide an engaging experience that will redefine commercial strips as more than just a stopover, but a destination.
